Been doing some research and testing on the hires-to-lowres workflow, and everything kinda worked out.
1) Make a hires model, do sculpting and detailing to it.
2) Export a lower res model of the detailed one and rebuild a base mesh by using 'Modify > Make Live' option.
3) UV unwrap the new base mesh
4) In ZBrush, use Zmapper to bake hires details onto the new base mesh.

whoa, nice progress. u could try to make the jaw (and teeth) seperately, as u can play around with it later on (and makes the teeth more defined). looking forward to the body. :D
